Bedford Park Ben Nevis 7 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited independent single-cask bottling under the Bedford Park label, celebrating spirits sourced from Scotland's premier distilleries. Distilled at the historic Ben Nevis Distillery at the foot of Britain's highest peak in Fort William, this 7-year-old expression highlights the distillery's distinctively rich, heavy, and slightly waxy spirit character. Bottled at single cask strength without chill filtration or artificial coloring, it offers a vibrant balance of stone fruit, malted barley, citrus zest, and rustic oak spice.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with roasted pork loin, grilled sausages, aged cheddar, smoked trout, or peach cobbler.
Tasting Notes: A textured and expressive Highland single malt presenting ripe orchard fruit, sweet cereal malt, waxy citrus oil, and warm oak spice.
Nose: Fresh malted barley, yellow plum, green apple, beeswax, citrus peel, and gentle oak woodiness.
Palate: Full-bodied with a rich, slightly oily texture, featuring notes of sweet honeyed grain, lemon tart, stone fruit, and light baking spice.
Finish: Medium to long with lingering notes of sweet malt, gentle pepper spice, and dry oak.
Serve: Enjoy neat in a Glencairn glass or with a few drops of spring water to open up its complex fruity and waxy layers.
