Ultra-Premium Family Reserve Rum
Diplomático Selección de Familia represents the pinnacle of the distillery's craft—a limited-production rum reserved for special occasions and discerning collectors. This ultra-premium expression is aged for up to twelve years in small batches, then hand-selected by the Serrallés family to showcase the absolute finest characteristics of Venezuelan rum.
Master Distiller's Selection
Each batch of Selección de Familia is personally approved by the master distiller and the founding family, ensuring only the most exceptional barrels make it into this prestigious bottling. The extended aging in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks creates unparalleled depth, elegance, and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Indulge in opulent aromas of dark chocolate, dried figs, toasted nuts, and rich oak. The palate reveals layers of caramel, espresso, dark fruit compote, vanilla, and baking spices with a velvety, full-bodied texture. The finish is extraordinarily long and refined, with waves of chocolate, leather, tobacco, and sweet spice that linger beautifully.
