Discover the extraordinary with Old Louisville "Extra Innings," a carefully selected 10-year-old single-barrel bourbon exclusively chosen by The Prime Barrel. Our passionate crew journeyed to Old Louisville Whiskey Co., joined by bourbon enthusiasts and newcomers alike. After meticulously sampling numerous younger barrels, a select few stayed behind, sensing something remarkable awaited.
Their intuition proved impeccable. The difference was stunningly clear upon tasting the proprietor's reserved 10-11-year-old stock. The choice became obvious—this 10-year-old MGP bourbon, showcasing a high rye mash bill, stood head and shoulders above. Robust yet refined, each sip delivers layers of rich caramel, baking spices, subtle oak influence, and delightful rye warmth, making it a truly captivating bourbon experience.
Dubbed "Extra Innings," this barrel nods playfully to Louisville's iconic baseball heritage, renowned bat-making legacy, and our relentless pursuit of whiskey excellence. Given its limited yield, this bourbon won't linger long—act swiftly to savor this rare, exceptional offering.
Secure your bottle of Old Louisville "Extra Innings" and experience bourbon crafted from passion, patience, and the pursuit of perfection.
