This fine white wine from the Douro Valley is the result of a careful blend of different grape varieties. After fermentation the wine was left in contact with its lees till bottling in order to develop complexity and richness. It has elegant aromas of apricot and grapefruit. It has a very crisp refreshing feel. Serve chilled as apéritif or with fish and shellfish dishes.

Tasting Notes
Elegant with apricot and grapefruit aromas. A blend of the little known grapes of Viosinho (57%); Gouveio (15%), Malvasia Fina (15%) and Rabigato (13%). Don’t let the fact that you may not have heard of these before put you off. We were seriously impressed
